Knapp Farm Livery is based in the quiet village of Leigh in Wiltshire, on the edge of the Cotswolds. Owned by Ken and Heather Howse, the farm has been in the family for many years, originally as a dairy farm, being converted to a livery yard in 1997. The yard is now designed with the horse and rider in mind: American style in door stables, Two all weather arenas, Lunge pen, Horse Walker, Cross Country schooling fences, Individual paddocks for summer grazing. We provide a DIY service for our liveries. Our livery cost covers full use of all the facilties (including lights), except for the horse walker, where a minumum charge is made. The facilities include: 12 x 12 stable, Individual paddocks for grazing, 20 x 40m sand outside arena, 23 x 60m sand and rubber outside arena, Lunge pen, Wash down area, Indoor 4 Horse walker, Access to farm land for hacking during the summer months, Cross country schooling fences ranging from 1ft9 - 3ft3. Hay, straw and shavings are available on site. Morning or evening feeds / hay nets can be given to your horse at no extra charge and holiday cover can be arranged when needed.
