Priory Farm Equestrian is a brand new 2013 small but luxurious BHS Approved Highly Commended livery yard and equine educational centre. We bring in the finest instructors from all over the world to support and guide both horse and owner. Our team provides the best equine care available for your equine friend and for yourself plenty of support and your every need catered for. Workshops, clinics, competitions, showjumping, dressage, cross country are all part of the fun here. The surrounding area is blessed with hours of trail riding with optional roadwork. We have an incredible team of horses in all shapes and sizes to assist in Epona Quest techniques and if you fancy a treat why not book a break with us and join the Minnesota team of gaited Rocky Mountain horses. Priory Farm Equestrian is a unique special place to be. The farm its self is over 100 years old. The lake homes many wild fowl and the surrounding area is blessed with an abundance of wildlife and is not short of a tranquil hide away. Truly a treat! Our new Charles Britton stable block 2013 will offer 12 stables complete with wash box, solarium, 2 larger stables and 10 regular stables, all fitted with switch control large automatic water, rubber matting, fitted feed buckets, haylage nets provided, windows and kick proof walls and doors. Facilities will include 20x40 wax surface indoor arena equipped with mirrors, 25x60 outdoor arena with recreation room overlooking, roundpen/lunging area, training fences plus full set of showjumps and cross country training. Recreation room is fitted with WC, shower, full kitchen and lounge.Coffee and tea available as part of our packages. All livery packages include full use of the facilities. Private turnout paddocks poo picked daily and fitted with automatic water is available with field rotation. Hours of trail riding available off road and quiet roads available. All local pubs are horse and dog friendly. We will be offering two different packages, full- 7 day livery and a part- 5 day full livery. Priory Farm Equestrian takes great pride in providing excellent service. Our service can be tailor made to suit both horse and owners needs. Our service provides haylage nets, feed buckets and all cleaning tools. We include any bandaging, booting, injury care, in hand walking in all our packages. Our hard feed is ordered to request minus suppliments. Suppliments can be added at a extra charge. Scales available for weighing hay/ haylage. carrots provided. With 5 day livery- lunging is included 2x weekly and with 7 day livery lunging is included 3x weekly if requested.
