Kenn Pier Stables is a fabulous place to stable for both horse and rider. We offer full and part livery at affordable prices, for all types of horse and rider, whether you are highly competitive or just enjoy the occasional hack. Kenn Pier Stables has a range of excellent facilities, including an outdoor all-weather floodlit school, cross-country schooling fences and show jumps. Being a working farm, there is extensive grazing in larged fields that are well fenced and well managed. There is also some great hacking around quiet country lanes and off-road bridle paths. Kenn Pier Stables was one of the first livery stables to gain official British Horse Society approval. The farm owners, who have over 15 years experience in livery yard management, live on site making Kenn Pier Stables a safe place for both horse and rider. We offer full and part livery at affordable prices for all types of horse and rider. We have three blocks of stone built and wooden stables, which are all large and airy, with great outlooks over the farm. Each stable is fitted with automatic water drinkers and tying rings. We can also offer yard space if your horse needs a little extra space. Each block of stables has its own secure tack, feed and rug rooms, and hot and cold water taps. Full livery covers the general looking after of your horse or pony seven days a week (stable, grazing, mucking out, turn out, grooming, rug changing, feeding). The price includes good quality hard feed, haylage or hay and dust free shavings, as well as the use of all the facilities. Part Livery covers the general looking after of your horse or pony for five days a week (stable, mucking out, grazing, turn out, rug changing, picking out feet, feeding). The price also includes the use of the facilities. We provide excellent all-year turnout (weather permitting) in large fields that are naturally fenced, well managed, have automatic water troughs and have shaded areas. We also have three wood-chip paddocks which provide a turnout area if the weather is bad or if your horse needs to spend a bit of time of the grass. The fields are cleared daily of all muck. Individual turnout can be arranged if required. We also offer a retirement livery so your old friend can enjoy life in a quite relaxing environment, with lots of love and care.
