Braeside is a small, friendly BHS ‘Excellent’ rated riding school and livery yard, that sits neatly on the outskirts of a lovely network of woodlands and bridleways, enabling us to offer fantastic hacking without the need for roadwork. We specialise in Dressage, but also offer excellent jumping tuition. Our experienced qualified staff are able to teach all disciplines and Jane Driver, Proprietor, is a highly experienced dressage rider and trainer. Our Ethos is quality over quantity in all we do. our horses are carefully selected and schooled with kindness. They are well cared for and happily go about their work, making riding the enjoyable and fun. Whether you come for individual or group tuition, hacking competition training, breaking and schooling services or friendly supportive livery facilities, our aim is to meet your needs and make it fun. We cater for all types of livery, whether you have short term or long term requirements. With yours and your horse’s needs always in mind, we build a package to suit your exact requirements. The excellent facilities make your horse's stay comfortable and reduce your workload so you and he/she can relax, enjoy each other’s company and have fun together. Full Livery: We provide inclusive care seven days a week year round, Stable and 52 week availability grazing, Hay, Feed and Shavings, We can also organise farrier and vet visits on your behalf if required, Services are tailored exactly to your needs. You can expect first class care and attention to detail to ensure your horse’s needs remain well met. Part Livery: As for full livery, but 5 days a week Mon – Fri, Additional Servicesare available and tailored exactly to your needs. DIY Livery: Stable and all year grazing, plus morning turnout for you by yard staff. This is ideal for working owners and those working shifts as you need only visit once a day. Many other services available on request to enable you to tailor care to your exact requirements when you cant be around. Working Livery: We occasionally need horses on working livery, subject to suitability and demand. Your horse would be cared for by yard staff and used in the school and for hacks as appropriate and as agreed with you. Schooling and Breaking in Liveries: Proper breaking in and starting off is a highly skilled process and done correctly, forms the basis of a sound investment for you and your horse. Jane Driver specialises in breaking and schooling, using years of experience, special insight, qualifications and knowledge to ensure the very best start with no drama.
