I started my training as a Farrier in 1995 qualifying in 2000 and starting to build my own client base as well as working for other Farriers. Since qualifying I have attended many Continued Professional Development Seminars, higher training courses and I am a regular attendee of the VET’s and Farriers meetings, all of this training helps me to keep up to date with new research and pass on this to your horse/s.

In 2004 I attended the International Hoof Care Summit in America this helped greatly in gaining extended knowledge of many areas including; how wild horses naturally wear their hoofs & live sole hoof mapping. Over the last 10 years I have learned the Natural Balance technique through on going Continued Professional Development Training but in 2009 I was given the opportunity to sit on a course and exam to become a Certified Natural Balance Farrier.
