The Equine Indiba system, is a new adaptation, specifically for use in animals, of Indiba®, a system that has been used successfully to treat humans, since 1983. The Indiba® system is used for medical aesthetic, trauma and physiotherapy, and medical applications in humans, and for medicine and physiotherapy in animals. The human system known as Indiba® Activ is used by professional athletes in a wide variety of sports (Tennis, Football, Formula One, Moto GP, Basketball, Athletics etc) and has been used by the Olympic teams from several countries as diverse as Japan and Italy. In contrast to other systems such as electromyography (EMG), the Indiba® system works by introducing energy, a 448 kHz electromagnetic wave, into the body either through a capacitive or resistively induced current. This has been shown by both clinical trial and empirical evidence to accelerate the conversion of stem cells into tissue, to increase blood flow and to stimulate the body’s metabolism, thereby accelerating the natural healing process and reducing muscular problems.
